課程說明
這是一門探究性別、歷史與法律的交錯領域的課程。本學期的課程將以公民權/公民身分的女性主義法律史(feminist legal history of citizenship)為核心。我們將首先探究女性主義的歷史理論論辯:女性史(women’s history)、性別史(gender history)、女性主義史(feminist history),以及有關公民身分的女性主義理論,和Ken Plummer「親密性公民身分」(intimate citizenship)的概念。接著,我們將分別從女性主義的觀點,探究憲政、教育、國籍、暴力、性傾向、性管制、生殖與公民權/公民身分的發展。
這門課的嬝炊憟賑鬼^美的研究,但非常強調批判性比較觀點的重要性。所有的文本均為英文,但嬝炊葑o與期末報告必須以華文寫成。這樣做的目的是希望同學們能夠透過翻譯/轉譯的過程,思辯西方作品與本土脈絡的關係。修課同學每週必須繳交1-2頁的讀書心得,內容應包括該週嬝炊憟貌甄眾皞K要、感想評論,以及 – 尤為重要的 – 討論意見(discussion questions),至少必須提出一個討論意見。讀書心得應於每週一下午五點之前交至法律學院院辦外教師信箱,或e-mail繳交。逾時不候。一學期中至多得缺交三次。
 

課程目標
本課程強調engaging with the texts,著重對文本的批判性的嬝盂P思考,因此不要求獨立研究式的報告。期末應繳交約一萬字之文獻回顧報告(review essay),主題自訂(例如:),報告之撰寫必須運用課堂之嬝炊憟說C 
課程要求
評分方式
本課程非常重視同學們對每週嬝爭鰹(c6aa)漪蒛玨z解思辯、上課的積極參與、以及報告的撰寫。課堂參與和讀書心得將佔學期成績的50%,期末報告占50%。
